When I was first concocting this tropical face balm, I was aiming to create a moisturizer that was light in texture and high in vitamin content. Maracujà oil turned out to be the perfect place to start, as its high Vitamin C levels and light texture help supplement and condition skin. Maracujà's bright, tropical scent is mellowed by the addition of earthy tamanu oil and macadamia nut oil. Adding a bit of kiwi seed oil brightens skin tone and brings an extra light texture to this beautiful balm. Rounding out this concoction is kokum butter, a relatively dry butter that allows the balm to be very easily absorbed when applied to clean, damp skin.

SIZE
1 fl. oz. (30 mL) or 2 fl. oz (60 mL)
NOTE
All ingredients are non-comedogenic (do not clog pores). This means that this balm is good for all skin types, including acne-prone skin.
DIRECTIONS
I recommend performing a patch test in order to make sure you are not sensitive to any of the ingredients. Apply a small amount of facial oil to the skin of the upper forearm. Leave on for 24 hours. If any redness, itching or irritation is observed at any time throughout the test, do not use the product.
Warm balm between fingertips to apply to clean, damp skin. A little goes a long way. You can apply facial mist before or after application for extra moisturizing and refreshing benefits. This will also help to spread the balm over the skin. Massage thoroughly over face and neck. Pay special attention to jawline and neck - there are a lot of lymph vessels under the skin here.
